About Planet Healers
Planet Healers is an ecological restoration education platform built from thirty years of fieldwork: twenty years running a native plant nursery in Ontario, ten years restoring 39 hectares of overgrazed limestone in the Yucatán, Mexico. That site, Tsunul Reserve, now holds 514 documented species and a closed-canopy tropical forest.
Founded by Paul Morris and Sophia Ortiz.
The land wants to recover. This app is a daily practice tool for sitting in nature, learning species, and putting plants in the ground. The whole Path is here in this app, free. planethealers.org has the courses, books, field intensives and apprenticeships.
The aim is enough people healing land that healing land becomes normal.
